From Left to Right
ORERU
Top to Bottom (Slant for this time)
ORERU 
Left bottom to upper right corner (Not reaching at the corner)
MAGARU

FIr the next one, the shape is alike to れ. The differnece is the last part of the 2nd stroke. So I think it's not difficult you anymore.
